Why I film weddings the way I do
Long after the cake has been eaten and the flowers have faded, your film becomes one of the very few things that remains. That's why I believe wedding videography is so much more than simply documenting a day — it's about preserving a chapter of your family's story. A story you'll revisit on anniversaries, share with future children, and one day pass down to generations who never had the chance to be there.
My approach is centred around capturing genuine emotion as it naturally unfolds, allowing you to relive your wedding exactly as it felt. Because your memories deserve more than a place in your mind. They deserve to be seen, heard, felt and treasured forever.
How I work on the day
I film entirely handheld and on a gimbal with fast lenses, so I need no additional lighting and leave no trace in your ceremony room. No posed group shots, no re-staging your first kiss, no directing your guests. Most couples tell me they forgot I was there — which is exactly when the honest footage happens.
I record your vows and every speech in full with discreet lapel mics and backup audio, and you receive those raw recordings alongside the edited film. Sound is half of a wedding film, and it's the half couples say they weren't expecting to love.
