Meet Rosie

Hi, I'm Rosie — a wedding videographer with a passion for real moments

Long after the cake has been eaten and the flowers have faded, your film becomes one of the very few things that remains. That's why I believe wedding videography is so much more than documenting a day — it's preserving a chapter of your family's story.

My approach is centred around capturing genuine emotion as it naturally unfolds, allowing you to relive your wedding exactly as it felt. Because your memories deserve more than a place in your mind. They deserve to be seen, heard, felt and treasured forever.

Couples on their wedding films

Rosie is amazing! She was our videographer for our October wedding and oh my goodness was she fab! From the very start she was so approachable and helpful and on the day she really put me and my partner at ease and created the most beautiful film. It's something I'll treasure forever. I couldn't recommend her more — 100% book Rosie!

Emily & TomDerbyshire wedding

We knew Rosie's work was amazing but she genuinely surpassed any existing expectations we had. What Rosie does so amazingly is reflect the couples and the type of people they are, the friends and family they have, the wedding vibe — that is truly a rare find. We're nearly five months on and I watch our wedding videos near daily, and the butterflies never go away.

Sophie & JamesChatsworth House

We honestly couldn't recommend Rosie enough! From the very beginning she made the whole experience so special and personal. The videos she created are absolutely incredible — watching them back brings us straight back to those emotions. She made us feel safe, cared for and celebrated.

Hannah & OllieThornbridge Estate

We first found Rosie on Instagram around six months before our big day and luckily she had availability. Rosie is the best of the best! She truly captured our wedding day beautifully — this is a video we watch multiple times a month just to relive our special day.

Frequently asked

Wedding Videography FAQs

The questions couples ask me most, answered plainly — including what a wedding videographer really costs in the UK.

How much is a wedding videographer in Derbyshire?

My wedding videography packages start at £1,245, and most couples invest around £2,500 for full-day coverage with a longer highlight film. Across the UK you should expect to see quality wedding films priced between roughly £1,200 and £3,500 depending on hours of coverage, film length and whether raw ceremony and speech recordings are included.

Which areas do you cover as a wedding videographer?

I am based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, and film weddings right across Derbyshire, the Peak District, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and North Yorkshire with no travel fee. I also film UK-wide and destination weddings — recent films include Croatia.

What is a documentary wedding video?

A documentary wedding video is filmed as your day genuinely happens: no posed shots, no re-staged moments, no directing your guests. I work quietly with long lenses and natural light, then edit around real sound — your vows, your speeches, the laughter in the room — so the film feels like memory rather than a music video.

How long until we receive our wedding film?

Your teaser trailer arrives within two to three weeks of the wedding, and your full highlight film plus raw ceremony and speech recordings are delivered within eight to ten weeks. Everything is delivered digitally in high resolution, ready to download, keep and share.

Do you work alongside our photographer?

Always, and happily. I contact your photographer before the day so we agree positions and share golden hour rather than competing for it. Couples regularly tell me they did not notice either of us working, which is exactly the aim.

How do we secure our wedding date?

Send an enquiry with your date and venue and I will confirm availability within 24 hours. To book, you sign a simple contract and pay a £200 booking fee — your date is then reserved exclusively for you, with the balance due four weeks before the wedding.
